What to expect during the application process

  • Inspect the property – Inspections are strictly by appointment only. You are welcome to ‘drive by’ the property but must not enter unless you are accompanied by a staff member of Kelly's Property Management. 

  • Complete the application form and provide 100 points of identification for each applicant. Ensure the application is signed by all applicants.

  • Applicants will verified by TICA (Tenancy Information Centre Australia) before approval is granted


Your application will not be finalised until you inspect the property and applications will not be processed until signed and all information & documents are provided.


Application turnaround time is 24 hours providing we are able to make contact with all references, employers and the owner of the property.

HINT: Inform your employer and references that they will be contacted by Kelly's Property Management.


  • Once approved, you will be required to pay a Holding Deposit. This amount is varies and you will be informed of the amount on approval.

  • A suitable time will be arranged with you to sign all lease documents , you will be advised of the total amount owing to receive the keys to the property.

  • On lease sign up you will also be required to pay a Bond amount (4weeks rent) plus 2 weeks rent. You will be informed of the total prior to sign up.
